• What is Five Four Club?

    Five Four Club is a contemporary men’s brand that provides monthly curated items of Five Four apparel, catering to each member's personal style preference and the current season.

  • What does the membership cost?

    Excluding promotional offers, you are charged $60 a month, plus any additional taxes and surcharges based on your shipping address.

  • What do members receive?

    Each month members receive curated items (about 2-3) from Five Four’s latest collection based on their style preferences and the season.

  • What does membership include?

    Along with the curated monthly items, members will receive up to 25% off items in our online shop as well as access to exclusive members-only items.

  • Is there a minimum commitment?

    No, there is no minimum commitment. Members may cancel or pause after their first month.

  • How do members cancel?

    Members can call in at (888) 341-2381 Monday through Friday from 9:00AM PST and 5:00PM PST or they can use Live Chat to update their member status between 7:30AM PST and 5:00PM PST.

    For security reasons we can only process a cancellation once a member has spoken to a member experience representative.

  • When can members cancel?

    Members can cancel at anytime, however to avoid being charged for the following month cancellations must occur before the 10th of the month.

  • How do members skip a month and how long can they skip for?

    Members can pause at anytime, however to avoid being charged for the following month, a pause must occur before the 10th of the month. Members must contact our Member Experience team, we will then update the member’s account applying a pause to their upcoming package(s) and billing cycle(s) for the requested months. Members can pause for a one to three month period. When a pause ends, a member’s new month will automatically renew and they will be charged.

  • What is the monthly membership fee?

    The membership fee is $60 a month, plus any additional taxes and surcharges.

  • When will my card be charged?

    The first month’s membership fee is charged right after you press the Submit Order on the Secure Checkout page. For every month after that, Five Four Members are charged on the 15th of the month.

  • Payment Forms

    Five Four accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders or PayPal.

  • Do I have to pay duties and tariffs?

    Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is an extra $7 in addition to the $60 monthly fee.

    Club members outside of the United States are responsible for a $25 surcharge and any other charges incurred due to international shipping. Five Four Club has no control over these charges.

  • Can I use multiple promo codes when signing up for membership?

    No, only one promo code is allowed at sign up.

  • Can you add a referal code credit to my account after I have signed up?

    Due to the manner in which referrals and discounts are processed, we are unable to apply a referral code to your account after it has been registered.

    Only one referral code may be used at sign up.

  • Can I return my items?

    You cannot return any items from a package. Each item is curated for you, in your sizes with your profile in mind. Size exchanges are allowed.

  • Do you give refunds?

    No, we do not offer refunds. If you think you have been billed in error you may contact us at service@fivefourclub.com.

  • Can I exchange my items?

    You may exchange items due to size-related issues within 15 days of receiving them. Please contact our Member Experience team at service@fivefourclub.com or through Live Chat and they will provide you with a Size Exchange Request Form. All items must be received in unworn condition, with no stains, tears, or visible signs of use or they will not be accepted.

    Customers located outside of the contiguous United States are responsible for shipping charges incurred when sending the item for exchange back to our warehouse; Five Four will cover the shipping on the way back to you.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Unfortunately, we cannot cancel a shipment once it has been processed.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes, we will send you a tracking number once your package is shipped via email, you can also login and access this information in your member dashboard.

  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping is free within the contiguous United States.

    Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is an additional $7.

    Club Members located in Canada will be charged a $25 (USD) and Members in the UK will be charged $30 (USD) surcharge per month. This surcharge does not include tariffs. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.

  • When will I receive my monthly selections?

    Packages are shipped 7-10 days after the billing date.

  • Do I choose my monthly selections?

    No, Five Four curates your items with your style profile, sizes and the current season in mind each month.

  • What if I want to change my style profile or sizes?

    Log into your account and access your Member Dashboard, here you can make adjustments to your style profile and sizes. .

    You can also email our customer service team at service@fivefourclub.com to apply these changes.

  • What are my inseam options on pants and jeans?

    All of our inseams are standardized. Five Four pants with waist sizes 29"-33" inches have a 32" inch inseam. Waist sizes 34"-44" inches have a 34" inch inseam.

  • What is the best way to wash and care for my clothes?

    Cotton and cotton-blend items:
    Machine wash on cold with like colors and tumble dry on a low temperature. Iron if necessary, on the lowest setting for that material.

    Machine wash cold with the jeans inside out. Hang dry to prevent shrinkage and to keep the color from fading.

  • Who can shop in the e-commerce store?

    The store is open for anyone to shop. Some items are only available to Club Members and can be purchased if you enroll into Five Four Club.

  • What is the difference in Club Price vs Retail Price?

    A Five Four Club Member will automatically receive up to 25% off every item in the store. The discount is available immediately after enrollment.

  • What is the return policy?

    Any items that are unwashed and unworn with their tags still attached may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Five Four Members receive free return shipping. If you are outside of the contingent United States you may be responsible for paying return fees.

  • How do I return e-commerce merchandise?

    Email your request to service@fivefourclub.com and a Member Experience Agent will facilitate your return. All items must be unwashed, unworn and tagged. Once the warehouse receives your items a refund will be applied to the original method you paid with.

  • How do I exchange an item I purchased from the e-commerce store?

    Contact our member experience team at store@fivefourclub.com or through Live Chat and they will facilitate your exchange. All items must be received in unworn condition, with no stains, tears, or visible signs of use or they will not be accepted. There is no cost to exchange an item.

    As a Five Four Club Member in the contingent United States, shipping is free. For non-members orders $75 or more shipping is free. Orders totaling less pay a flat rate of $6.
